Judith Ruth MyHealth will provide general care for ages 13 months to 99 years plus, as well as simple procedures.  The costs of testing and procedures will depend upon the materials utilized, the provider’s time and amount designated for each procedure. The goal of health services provided by the Judith Ruth MyHealth will be to not only treat patients but to also educate them on health, wellness and disease prevention.  Patient care will be individualized to meet the specific needs of the patient and their family.  The clinic will work closely with local area healthcare providers to identify and target community-related health needs.
Judith Ruth MyHealth will maintain privacy in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  Services will be available to all patients regardless of insurance status.  The clinic will not discriminate by withholding care based upon a patient’s race, creed, color or socioeconomic status.
